I thought I was 8 pages from the end of Stranger in a Strange Land but again my math skills fail me and I am 18 pages from the end.
On page 60 something in Cat's Eye.

There is a strange accomplishment in reading The Iron Heel even though I am only, at best, skimming it.

I forgot to say that I finished Space Race in part because I hated it so much.

I have finished The Quantum Prophecy and I really liked it in the end. I will likely read more in the series.

The Stepford Wives was great.

Still working on Coraline with audio. I am somewhere around page 89 in the paper book.

I am not sure where I am in Perfect On Paper but I am still working on it and enjoying it.

I finished the audio of Beautiful Red. I really really enjoyed it and am considering listening to it again.

I started the audio of Coraline. I am very mixed about it.

The Quantum Prophecy is progressing nicely. It is really interesting but has a lot of character and point of view shifts. I am waiting to get a little more into it before passing judgement.

I started reading a book from the library called Tria and the Great Star Rescue. I finished it last night and I really liked it. For the age level that is was (9-12) I like the level of complexity for the science fiction elements, though the story was stupid at times.

I have read about 10 pages into The Stepford Wives. There are a lot of things I like about the author's writing style.

I said I was reading 2 graphic novels and one of them was really a graphic memoir. It was called To Dance and it is back at the library now. It was pretty good, but not amazing.

Oh and I also got a whole bunch more books out of the library. They are mostly for younger readers.

I am on about page 130ish is Tom Gordon.
I read about 50 pages last night in Owen Meany and am on page 150ish.
I have barely been reading anything else except for a few picture books.

So, in theory, I was supposed to finish The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon today. And here it is not far off from 1am AAAAAAND.....I read about 10 pages TOTAL today. So much for that plan. Something was weird and blah about my day. But now it is over.

Wait, wait, wait. I did read a picture book, one of the most boring picture books I have ever ever read in my whole entire life. It was called Bug Safari and if your child brings it home from school, HIDE!

I went through all my library books to see where I was in each of them. Several of the books are due on Friday and I decided I would try and get some of them done.

Watership Down p. 20, not really getting into this though I have been waiting a long time to read it. Giving it a little more time. Now may just not be the right time to read it.

Master and Margarita p. 52, I really have enjoyed the book but have not read it recently. Getting easily distracted with other books. I want to put more effort into this one.

The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon p. 82, I decided I am going to try and finish this today. It is only 219 pages and it is a fairly fast read.

Pay It Forward p. 22 will likely be returned without being read. It isn't that I dislike it exactly. But I don't particularly like it either. I am going to try and read it all in one go when I finish Tome Gordon

I finished The Green Book this evening. It was only 69 pages long.

I have read The Last Question which is a short story by Isaac Asimov and half a short story called Swaddling Clothes.

Even though I am committed to two books for book clubs I still feel like I have nothing to read. The current Owen Meany discussion is ongoing still and I don't like to move onto the next section before the previous discussion is done. It is still to early in the week for me anyway.

I have little to no interest in reading The Stand but I am determined to get to page 100.

Finished The Tiger Rising. It was AMAZING.

For book club I am reading Prayer for Owen Meany; it is okay. p. 92
For other book club I am reading The Stand, not getting into it. p. 30ish

I am reading a short story called "The Machine Stops" and I am about halfway through it. It is a science fiction short story written in 1909 and I find it amazing. I am about halfway through it.

I asked people to recommend young adult science fiction to me and so I took The Green Book out of the library and am enjoying it as well. p. 14
